鸡肉卷

手艺不够好,卷出来的鸡肉卷很难看,还是放上来献丑一下。。

材料:鸡腿两个去骨

紫菜两片,红萝卜切条,芦笋,Pandan叶。

做法:

1)鸡腿放入蚝油,酱油,糖,麻油,胡椒粉和绍兴酒腌隔夜。

2)放入一片紫菜,红萝卜和芦笋。

3)把鸡腿卷起,用沙爹叉叉起。

4)用Pandan叶把鸡腿卷起,放入烤炉里烤至鸡肉熟。

5)拿掉Pandan叶和沙爹叉,切片。
