红糟煎鸡扒

红彤彤的鸡肉,是放了红糟腌过的,买鸡腿叫小贩帮我起骨,一时忘了不要去皮,结果这没有皮的鸡扒有点难煎,卖相不是很好看。。

鸡腿用了姜汁,红糟,糖和胡椒粉腌过,拿去蒸熟,再沾上薯粉煎过,捞起切片。

 家里很畅销的一盘菜,青菜花和红萝卜是烫过捞起,再用姜茸蒜茸炒白玉菇淋上去。
