Tempura 炸鱼

不必被那名堂骗到,我家是很少出现多工又耗时的菜肴,买了日式的Tempura炸粉,加入鸡蛋和水搅拌均匀,把鱼肉撒些盐和胡椒粉,沾上Tempura面糊拿去炸熟,拿来沾辣椒酱或是Mayonnaise吃。

很喜欢这种烫的菜, 淋些蚝油,再炒些蒜头和虾肉铺在上面。

是不是简单又容易?
