酱油鸡汁菜

酱油鸡剩下的一小碟咸汁,吃饱晚餐时加了些水和一把冰糖,放入浸软的香菇下去焖煮。隔天放工回来烫了些青菜花和红萝卜,把焖好的香菇和汁淋在菜上,哈哈,又变出一道很“青菜”(随便)的菜。。

儿子看见我在把烫好的菜摆盘,他说树是种在草地上的,为什么我把圣诞树放在旁边,结果这盘菜是他亲自设计出来的 🙂
