咸饼蛋糕

材料:

23 块咸饼搅成粉(170g),5 粒鸡蛋,120克糖,250克牛油,Milo 适量。

做法:

1)糖和牛油搅拌10分钟后加入鸡蛋和咸饼粉拌匀。

2)分成两份,其中一份加入Milo搅均。

3)放入大火蒸20分钟。

注:原食谱是用“无油”的咸饼,我买了Cream Cracker, 所以觉得蒸好的蛋糕有点油腻,下次要找到所谓的“无油”咸饼来试一试,大致上我还蛮喜欢这款蒸的咸饼蛋糕。
