马铃薯肉碎饼

这跟之前煮过的肉碎马铃薯饼蛮相似的,只是少了面粉和面包糠,而且是煎的,食谱参考至小小米桶的牛肉薯仔饼

材料:

做法:

1。马铃薯蒸熟,用叉压成泥。

2)炒香洋葱粒和肉碎,用盐和胡椒粉调味。

3)把炒好的洋葱肉碎加入马铃薯泥里搅拌。

4)做成饼块,沾上鸡蛋液煎熟。
