功夫粿条

哈哈,来个“一马”(Satu Malaysia)的功夫粿条,我吃过的是马来式的,有包菜花,红萝卜和红辣椒,自己炒我加了炒“大板-滑蛋河粉”的菜心,香肠,肉丸和肉片,成了独家的“一马”功夫粿条。

老公看了一眼说只看到一盘菜。。

重点就是在这盘粿条上,我用了两粒鸡蛋拌入一人份的粿条里,放入热油里煎香,再煮个汁料用黍粉打芡淋在粿条上,粿条里有很香的蛋香,很好吃。。

像不像香煎蛋?
