梅酱铁公鸡

自从懂得铁公鸡的做法后,又买了鸡翅膀来处理,觉得这样的鸡翼腿吃起来很方便,可以吃到吮手指。。

铁公鸡的处理法请看这里,只是放了简单的调味料,盐,胡椒粉,糖,鸡蛋和薯粉腌隔夜,放入热油里煎熟,捞起备用。汁料方面我用了酸梅酱加入少许的糖和水煮滚,放入煎好的铁公鸡快速的拌匀就可以了。
