蒜烤鸡中翼

买了八支鸡翅膀,一半(鸡翼腿)拿来做成麻香铁公鸡,这是剩下的另一半,放入蒜头,蜜糖,酱油和绍兴酒腌隔夜,放进烤炉里烤熟就可以了。

    • Hi Lay See, in fact I was using Shau Shing Chiu instead of “rice wine”, I noticed that Google Translate 绍兴酒(Shau Shing Chiu) into “Rice Wine”,haha.
