咸香南瓜

很喜欢南瓜的那种自然甜,煎到脆脆的,加上咸蛋黄的香,真的很好吃。。

材料:南瓜,咸蛋黄,牛油,咖喱叶。

面糊:面粉,粘米粉三大匙,食油一大匙,发粉一小匙,盐少许,适量的水。

做法:

1)将南瓜切片,沾上面糊煎熟。

2)咸蛋黄蒸熟,用叉子压碎。

3)放入牛油,炒香咖喱叶,放入咸蛋黄炒香。

4)放入煎好的南瓜拌匀就可以了。
