阿叁苏东

材料: Sotong, 大葱,番茄,辣椒糊,阿叁哥水。

做法:

1)苏东洗净,把头放入苏东的身体里,用牙签固定。

2)煮滚水,把苏东烫一下,捞起。

3)炒软洋葱丝,下番茄和辣椒糊。

4)放入苏东,加入阿叁哥水,用糖和少许盐调味。
