炒蛋

材料:

洋葱丝,红萝卜丝,香菇丝,青葱丝,蟹柳丝,冬粉(浸软)

当然少不了主角-鸡蛋打散。

做法:

1)烧热油,放入洋葱炒软。

2)加入红萝卜丝,蟹柳丝和香菇丝炒匀。

3)加入适量的水煮滚,放入胡椒粉和盐调味。

4)放入冬粉焖煮。

5)在水剩四分之一的时候,倒入蛋液和青葱。

6)快速不停的翻炒至蛋液收干就可以了。
