干煎叉烧肉

把我的最爱黑酱油藏在角落。。我用梅肉,切块用刀背剁一剁,放了姜汁,胡椒粉,五香粉,盐,薯粉和叉烧酱,放入冰箱里腌了几天,拿出来用少许油小火慢慢煎熟,很入味,很香很好吃。。

这个稍微红是因为放了五香粉和叉烧酱,没有放染色素。但是我不清楚哪叉烧酱是否有染色素。。
