南瓜羮

材料:南瓜,小粒的Sagu,淡奶,糖,Pandan叶。

做法:

1)南瓜切片蒸熟,乘热压成南瓜泥。

2)煮滚水,放入Pandan叶,糖和淡奶煮至Pandan叶的香味出来。

3)放入南瓜泥和小粒的Sagu,煮至Sagu变成透明就可以了。

我看的食谱是用椰浆来煮的,家里没有椰浆,我用了淡奶来代替,我想用椰浆应该会比较香。
