自制 Hash Browns

材料:马铃薯,牛油,胡椒粉,盐。

沾料:面粉,蛋液,面包糠。

做法:

1)马铃薯切片蒸熟,乘热用叉压烂成马铃薯泥。

2)加入一大匙牛油,适量的盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀。

3)做成圆饼状,依顺序沾上面粉,蛋液和面包糠。

4)用小火煎熟就可以了。

我做了一些加料的版本,用些肉碎加入洋葱粒炒香,拌入马铃薯泥里,也蛮不错的。
