近来家里的菜肴是蒜头清炒,放些盐。。

加了炸香的江鱼仔,蛮好吃的。。

  1. 大大,想请教你,我每次炒苋菜都会苦及涩的?
    我的煮法是先拔苋菜的丝(皮),捏段,热油爆香蒜末,入虾,炒片刻,撒盐及味精,加水,中小火煮至菜至软透。谢谢
