养生锅焗叉烧+海南鸡饭

用了大锅来焗叉烧,再用小锅煮了冬瓜薏米甜汤,加上用现成的海南鸡饭料来煮鸡饭和烫了些芥兰菜,煮了一道没有鸡的叉烧鸡饭。。

那天在外面买了叉烧回来做叉烧春卷,剩下一小块叉烧,我拿来炒菜,结果整盘菜汁是红色的,好吓人的染色素,下次不会再买了。还是自己腌的叉烧比较健康,这是用了焗鸡的腌料,只是把鸡肉换成三层肉,简单的 五香粉,胡椒粉,叉烧酱和蚝油,焗出来的叉烧色泽很美,完全没有染色素,吃了比较放心。
