妈妈的味道-酸菜

小时候逢年过节吃剩下的烧鸡,烧鸭,烧肉,妈妈都会拿来熬成一锅酸菜,我们潮洲人把它叫做“Siok Cai”。

材料:烧肉/烧鸭,蒜头(连皮,用刀背拍),香茅,辣椒干,咸水梅,芥菜。

做法:全部材料炒匀后加入适量的水,用中火熬煮至菜入味就可以了。
