姜葱鱼片

材料:鱼片,姜片,青葱段。

做法:

1)鱼片用一粒蛋白,盐,糖,酱油,胡椒粉,麻油和薯粉腌。

2)烧热油,把鱼片泡过油,捞起。

3)爆香姜片,加入鱼片,放入少许的水,用蚝油,麻油,一大匙绍兴酒和胡椒粉调味。

4)加入青葱段拌炒就可以了。

很喜欢这种炒法,简单的三样材料,就炒出一盘很清甜的菜。
