肉碎马铃薯饼

食谱来自: 小小米桶

材料:马铃薯,芝士片, 洋葱,肉碎,面粉,鸡蛋,面包糠。

做法:

1)马铃薯蒸熟,乘热用叉压烂,加入盐和胡椒粉。

2)炒香洋葱碎,加入肉碎,用酱油和糖调味。

3)把炒好的洋葱肉碎加入马铃薯泥拌匀。

4)做成圆饼状,里头加入芝士片。

5)沾上面粉,鸡蛋和面包糠。

6)中火煎至金黄色。
