云吞面

材料:云吞皮,肉碎加入虾肉,云吞面,叉烧,菜心。

做法:

1)肉碎加入虾肉,用胡椒粉,麻油,蚝油和黍粉搅拌,包入云吞皮里。

2)煮滚水,放入菜心烫熟,捞起。

3)放入云吞煮,浮起来后,捞起加入些麻油。

4)把面放入烫熟,捞起放入冷水中,捞起沥干。

5)用蚝油,麻油和黑酱油把面拌允。

6)铺上菜心,云吞和叉烧,煮少许汁淋上去。
