火蒜焖腩肉

没想到这么简单的材料和煮法,煮出这么美味的三层肉,只需时间慢慢焖煮至肉够软,很入味。。

焖煮出来的蒜头很香,很好吃; 而且那油肉根本都不油腻,一向来不吃油肉的我也喜欢吃。。

食谱来自“客家村”。
