绍兴酒煎煮鱼

把这道菜取个怪怪的名,原食谱是用沙锅煮的,我没沙锅,用普通炒菜的锅半煎煮出来的,孩子很喜欢吃,两个小瓜把整只鱼吃剩鱼头和鱼尾。。

材料:鱼,姜片,青葱

酱料:两大匙绍兴酒,蚝油,糖和水。

做法:

1)用少许油炒香姜片后放入青葱段炒。

2)放入鱼煎两分钟,不必把鱼翻过来。

3)倒入调好的酱料,盖着煮至熟透。

4)一边是煎,一边是煮的,加上带点甜味的汁,很适合小孩的口味,加上又容易煮,以后我家的鱼将会常出现这样的煮法。
