咸鱼饼

很怀念的妈妈味道的kiam hu pia,咸咸香香配粥吃最好吃。。

材料:咸鱼,肉碎,大葱,鸡蛋一粒。

做法:

1)咸鱼煎香,大葱和肉碎一起剁碎。 

2)加入鸡蛋和胡椒粉拌允,用汤匙勺入热油里煎熟。

    • 谢谢你,我煮的都是“懒人”版的,放工后要在最短的时间内把晚餐煮好,所以都是简单容易的,总觉得自己随便煮比起外面卖的比较健康。
