蒸鱼

上网看过很多人都说蒸鱼是放些姜葱蒸好后把它的水倒掉,再煮些汁淋上去。。

这是我第一次试用这样蒸法,大火蒸熟以上的鱼,把蒸出来的水,姜片和青葱拿掉,再炒些蒜头,用黑酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉和糖煮了些汁淋上去。
