炒萝卜糕(Char Kueh Kat)

买了现成的萝卜糕来炒,这里我们叫做“炒糕角,Char Kueh Kat”。。

材料:萝卜糕(切粒),蒜头,菜圃,辣椒糊,豆芽,青葱,鸡蛋和虾。

做法:

1)鸡蛋炒碎,捞起备用。

2)炒香蒜头和菜圃,加入辣椒糊,虾和豆芽炒允。

3)放入萝卜糕炒,加入黑酱油和蚝油调味。

4)最后拌入青葱和鸡蛋就可以了。
