咸蛋皮蛋蒸肉

简单又方便的一道。。。

材料:咸蛋一粒,皮蛋一粒,肉碎。

调味料:酱油,麻油,胡椒粉,一大匙绍兴酒,一大匙食油,黍粉。

做法:以上材料加入调味料拌匀,做成肉丸,大火蒸二十分钟至熟。
