麻婆豆腐

豆腐,豆腐, 又是豆腐。。。

材料:水豆腐一块,日本蛋豆腐一条,香菇,肉碎,蒜头和姜茸,青葱粒。

做法:

1)水豆腐和日本豆腐切粒状。

2)炒香蒜头和姜茸,加入适量的豆酱和番茄酱炒匀。

3)下肉碎和香菇炒香,放入(1)的豆腐。

4)加入适量的水焖煮,用绍兴酒,麻油,胡椒粉和糖调味。

5)拌入青葱粒,用黍分打芡。
