苦瓜茄子焖豆酱

本来只打算煮个妈妈味道的茄子焖豆酱,煮酿豆腐又剩下一点的肉馅,冰橱又有苦瓜,顺便切两圈苦瓜把那肉馅解决掉。。

发现妈妈的煮法都是快速又简单,简单得来又好吃,很适合我这懒惰的人。。只需把茄子切成小段,不必去皮,放入水里滚到茄子软透,挖一大匙豆酱下去就可以了。
