酿豆腐

比较喜欢这种半煎半焖的酿豆腐,配粥配饭都不错。。

材料:豆干(切半成三角形),肉碎,虾肉,咸鱼肉。

做法:

1)将肉碎,虾肉,咸鱼肉,胡椒粉,盐和黍粉混合,搅拌成泥状。

2)豆干中心挖个小洞,酿入馅料。

3)将豆干口朝下,用油稍微煎至褐色。

4)加入水,蚝油,酱油,麻油,糖和少许黑酱油煮滚,把豆干焖熟。
