麦香鸡肉

材料:鸡胸肉(切条),Nestum麦片,咖喱叶,白兰他,淡奶。

做法:

1)鸡肉用一粒鸡蛋,蚝油,麻油,胡椒粉,糖和黍粉腌过夜。

2)用油把鸡肉煎熟,捞起。

3)煮溶白兰他,加入咖喱叶炒香,加入淡奶,放入盐和糖调味。

4)倒入煎好的鸡肉,拌入麦片拌匀就可以了。
