绍兴酒醉鸡

小小米桶家里学回来的。。

做法:

1)鸡腿肉起骨,洒些盐,用锡箔纸包起来

2)拿去蒸熟

3)枸子和当归片加入水里滚十分钟,加入半杯的绍兴酒。 

4)把蒸好的鸡腿放入(3),待冷后放入冰橱里隔夜就可以切来吃
