菜脯蛋

很香的菜脯蛋,我买了甜菜脯(注:菜脯有甜和咸两种),要用很多的蒜头和比较多的油炒,煮热油,下蒜头稍微炒一下,再下菜脯碎,小火慢慢的炒,炒到那菜脯会卜卜跳,放入多多胡椒粉和少许糖,敲下鸡蛋煎熟。

拿来配番薯粥吃,很怀念的小时候的午餐。。
