妈妈味道的虾

不懂要叫着什么虾,这是小时候妈妈常煮的虾给我们吃,也可以加入洋葱,番茄,黄瓜,黄梨。。同样的汁料也可以拿来煮鱼,虾姑肉等等,

材料:虾,姜碎和蒜头碎。

汁料:辣椒酱,番茄酱,糖,盐和适量的水。

做法:

1)虾放入热油里泡一下,捞起。

2)用少许油炒香姜碎和蒜头碎。

3)倒入汁料煮滚,放入虾快速兜炒拌匀就可以了。

儿子叫做“凶凶Auntie”饭
