印尼虾

材料:虾,Babas咖喱粉,香茅,咖喱叶,虾米,淡奶。

辣椒料:红辣椒,葱头,虾米,香茅(全部搅烂)

做法:

1)虾用油泡过,捞起备用。

2)炒香搅烂的辣椒料,再加入咖喱粉,香茅,咖喱叶和虾米。

3)加入淡奶,用盐和糖调味。

4)把虾放入快速兜炒均匀就可以了。
