潮洲肉粥

我想这应该是潮洲式的肉粥,潮洲的粥是粒状的,比较少水浓浓的,吃起来也比较饱。。

小时候妈妈常会煮这种咸粥给我们吃,很方便,粥里放了鱿鱼丝,虾米,冬菜和肉碎做成的肉丸, 吃时加些胡椒粉和酱油就可以了。
