麻油鸡

很简单的一道妈妈味道的菜肴。

材料:鸡腿切块,姜丝。

做法:

1)用麻油加食油爆香姜丝。

2)把一半的姜丝捞起,剩下的留在锅里,加入鸡肉炒。

3)加入适量的水焖煮。

4)放入黑酱油和酱油调味。

5)焖煮至鸡肉熟透,撒上姜丝。
