豆酱姜煮鱼

很容易煮的一道,小时候妈妈通常会煎鱼给我们配粥吃午餐,吃剩的鱼就在晚餐里加些姜丝炒香后,挖一汤匙豆酱下去炒,放入适量的水煮滚,再把鱼放下去滚一滚,这样就有汁可以淋在饭上啦。。
