金粟肉饼

儿子很喜欢这道菜,煮了好几次了,还没来得及拍照就开动了,这次就来个还没蒸先拍下来。。

肉碎,腊肠剁碎,玉米粒加入酱油,糖,胡椒粉,麻油,一大匙食油,一大匙绍兴酒,鸡蛋和黍粉搅拌均匀,做成圆饼状,大火蒸熟就可以了。

蒸好出来拍到很难看,但真的很好吃。。

“太阳”饭。
