咸鱼鸡粒豆腐

材料:水豆腐切粒,咸鱼切粒,鸡胸肉切粒(用麻油,胡椒粉,酱油和黍粉腌一下),蒜头。

做法:

1)咸鱼粒用油煎香,捞起。

2)炒香蒜头,加入鸡肉炒,加入煎好的咸鱼粒。

3)加入适量的水,用蚝油,糖,半大匙绍兴酒调味煮滚。

4)放入水豆腐焖煮,用黍粉打芡。
