双蛋蒸豆腐

材料:一块水豆腐,两粒鸡蛋,一粒咸蛋,肉碎,蒜头。

做法:

1)鸡蛋和咸蛋混合后加入水(鸡蛋和水的比例 2:1),放盐,胡椒粉,麻油和黍粉搅拌均匀。

2)把水豆腐放在盘中间,倒入(1),大火蒸十分钟至熟。

3)炒香蒜头,加入肉碎,用蚝油,糖和胡椒粉调味,淋在蒸好的豆腐蛋上。

注:食谱上教的是用一粒鸡蛋和两粒咸蛋黄,要先把咸蛋黄蒸熟,压碎。 我是懒人版的,直接把咸蛋敲入鸡蛋里搅拌。
