香肠炒马铃薯

食谱上加了青葱和红辣椒,又红又青又黄的。。好美丽。。

我煮的少了青葱和红辣椒,但是还好吃啦。。

材料:马铃薯切粒,香肠切粒,洋葱切粒,蒜头。

调味料:一大匙辣椒酱,三大匙番茄酱,一小匙糖,一大匙绍兴酒,酱油。

做法:

1)把马铃薯用油煎熟,捞起。

2)炒香蒜头,下洋葱炒软,加入马铃薯和香肠。

3)加入水和调味料焖煮。
