妈蜜鸡

材料:鸡腿肉去骨切块。

汁料:一小匙妈蜜酵母精华(Marmite Yeast Extract) ,

一大匙麦芽糖,

一大匙蜜糖,一大匙酱油, 胡椒粉和适量的水。

做法:

1)鸡肉加入蚝油,胡椒粉和黍粉腌。

2)将腌好的鸡肉放入热油里煎熟,捞起。

3)煮滚汁料,倒入鸡肉快速拌炒均匀。
