黑啤排骨

材料:排骨。

腌料:一粒鸡蛋,盐,糖,麻油,黍粉。

汁料:一大匙油,100ml 麦芽饮料(Guiness Malta), 100ml黑啤 (Guiness Stout), 100ml 100 Plus (食谱里是用7 up,我用100 Plus来代替),两大匙麦芽糖 (Malt Syrup) , 一小匙糖。

做法:

1)排骨加入腌料腌过夜,放入热油里炸熟,捞起。

2)将汁料倒入锅里煮至浓。

3)加入排骨拌匀。
