鱼肉米粉

材料:鱼肉(切块),粗米粉,白菜,番茄,咸菜丝,青葱,姜片,咸水梅,炸葱头。

做法:

1)煮滚热水,放入粗米粉煮熟,捞起。

2)鱼肉切块,沾上黍粉,放入热油里煎熟,捞起。

3)煮滚水,加入姜片,番茄,咸菜丝,白菜和咸水梅熬煮至出味。

4)加入鱼肉和青葱。

5)淋在粗米粉上,撒上炸葱头。
