肉碎豆腐

超简单又方便的一道菜。。

材料:日本豆腐,肉碎,香菇(浸软切粒),蒜头,青葱粒。

做法:

1)日本豆腐切块,放入热油里煎熟,捞起。

2)炒香蒜头,下肉碎和香菇粒炒匀,加入适量的水煮滚。

3)放些蚝油和胡椒粉调味。

4)把煎好的豆腐放入焖煮,下青葱粒拌匀,用黍粉打芡就可以了。
