长豆炒豆豉鱼

材料:长豆,辣椒干,一罐豆豉鱼 ,蒜头。

调味料:蚝油,糖,一大匙绍兴酒和适量的水。

做法:

1)豆豉鱼取肉,弄碎。

2)长豆用油泡一泡,捞起。

3)炒香蒜头,下辣椒干和豆豉鱼肉炒匀,加入长豆和调味料大火兜炒就可。
