咸饼肉扒

 

1)肉头切厚片,用刀背拍打,加入蚝油,糖,半小匙苏打粉,一粒鸡蛋,麻油,胡椒粉,一大匙绍兴酒和黍粉腌。

2)饼干压碎。

3)把腌好的肉沾上饼碎。

4)放入热油里煎熟,捞起切块。
