脆皮炸鸡

材料:鸡腿,五片姜,三粒八角,青葱。

做法:

1)将鸡腿用三汤匙绍兴酒和盐腌。

2)将姜片,八角和青葱铺在腌好的鸡腿上放入蒸炉里正熟,取出待冷。

3)把鸡腿沾上薯粉放入热油里炸熟,捞起斩块就可以了。
