洋葱烤鱼

材料:鱼肉,洋葱切丝,咖喱叶。

腌料:两大匙急汁,半大匙酱油,一大匙糖,两大匙番茄酱,一大匙辣椒酱,盐。

做法:

1)将鱼肉用腌料腌过。

2)将洋葱,咖喱叶和腌好的鱼拌匀,放在锡箔纸上,放入烤炉用200度烤20分钟就可以了。
